A young business woman and mother of 1 daughter who had done another plastic surgery twice on 2013 and 2015. Unlike the procedure that she had done before, she agree to doing 3 procedure on March 25. At 2:40 March 26 Shiryl's heartbeat stopped, doctors tried to restore Shiryl's heartbeat so that the woman didn't die but Shiryl is helpless, a heart attack and other organ failure causes her to be on the verge of death. She couldn't do a single spontaneous heartbeat anymore. After 41 minutes of rescue efforts, Shiryl was finally declared dead.
