Liang Jun was called  Ajun a slim and pretty bank clerk want to surprise her boyfriend on her 24th birthday. Ajun went to the clinic on April 17 for a breast implant consultation. During the consultation Ajun chose the method of implant placement over injection. Ajun agreed with the doctor for a 125 ml implant in both breasts, but surgery was delayed, waiting for the implant to be delivered.

On April 30 during breast implant she was seizure and stopped breathing for several minutes. She was sent to a hospital in critical condition with severe brain damage. 

Ajun was declared brain dead on May 7 after checking by doctors that her brain did not respond to the signal. The family is still believe that she will survive, but eventually gave up and unplug life support on May 12th.

  María José Torres Osorio Birth: November 3 2024 Dies: December 20 2025 Age: 21 María José Torres Osorio underwent breast reduction and tummy tuck surgery on December 11th, initially considered successful, but her condition gradually deteriorated. On December 18th, she was taken to the ICU, where doctors discovered that several organs had failed due to lack of oxygen. While at the ICU, she suffered cardiac arrest but was revived. On December 20th, doctors determined she was brain dead, and the family decided, "because there was no hope," to remove her from life support. Maria Jose died soon after.
